Business owner data — name, email address, business name, city, province, business phone number, and payment information (processed by Stripe; we never store raw card numbers).
Customer data — phone numbers, names, email addresses, appointment history, and any notes added by the business owner. This data is provided by customers when they call or when the owner enters it manually.
Call data — recordings and transcripts of calls handled by the AI. These are stored to allow business owners to review conversations and improve service.

We do not sell your data to third parties.
Azulyo uses the following sub-processors to deliver the service:
When customers interact with the AI phone system, their phone number may be used to send appointment confirmations, reminders, review requests, and promotional messages from the barbershop.
Every SMS we send includes an opt-out instruction ("Reply STOP to opt out"). Customers who reply STOP are immediately removed from all future messages from that business.
Business owners are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their customers before enabling win-back or promotional SMS campaigns, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and applicable US laws.
Call transcripts and appointment data are retained for as long as the business account is active. When an account is cancelled, data is deleted within 90 days unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@azulyo.com.
Residents of the European Economic Area have additional rights under GDPR. Residents of British Columbia have rights under PIPA (Personal Information Protection Act).
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access requires authentication. We use Supabase Row Level Security to ensure each business can only access its own data. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to business account holders. Continued use of Azulyo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
